Change Happens Foundation

HOW TO APPLY FOR A GRANT

 Eligibility

The Change Happens Foundation will consider directing resources to activities or program-related investments that are within the foundation’s mission and budget limitations. Grants for religious activities, graduate or undergraduate scholarships will not be reviewed.

Activities supported by grants must be charitable, educational, literary, or scientific, as defined under the appropriate provisions of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations. The foundation monitors grants through regular financial and narrative reports submitted by the grantee.

There are two steps when applying for a grant from the Change Happens Foundation.
 Step One: Letter of Inquiry

The application process to the Change Happens Foundation begins with an initial Letter of Inquiry which is required to determine whether the foundation’s current interests and budget allow consideration of the grantseeker’s request.

  • Online Form
We ask that all applicants complete and submit our online Letter of Inquiry form providing basic organizational and project information.

 Step Two: Proposal
If your Letter of Inquiry is accepted for further consideration, you will be asked to submit a formal grant proposal.   Please do not submit a proposal without an invitation to apply.
